YOU…
develop analog and mixed-signal IC layouts at block, module, and IP level
implement layouts for high-voltage and power-management circuits
take ownership of individual macrosand IP blocks within complex IC development projects
support top-level floorplanning and analog block integration
collaborate closely with Analog Design Engineers, Layout Leads, Verification Engineers, and international project teams
perform and support DRC, LVS, and physical sign-off activities
optimize layouts for performance, matching, reliability, area, and manufacturability
Be our forward thinker
YOU…
have success fully completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Physics or a comparable field
have several years of experience in analog/mixed-signal IC layout
bring knowledge of BCD and high-voltage technologies
have hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso and Calibre
are familiar with DRC, LVS, and physical verification flows
understand matching, symmetry, parasitics, EM/IR, and reliability practices
work independently and take ownership of assigned blocks
ideally have experience with 130 nm, SPT9/SPT10, PMICs, DC/DC, LED drivers
have good English language skills, written and spoken
