What you can expect from usAs part of our 24-month E.ON International Graduate Program, you will explore the diverse world of our Smart Energy Grid business across E.ON. Join our team and help shape a climate-neutral future through high-performing, digital and flexible networks.You take on challenging responsibilities in complex Energy Networks projects, for example in the digitalization of energy grids, improving customer satisfaction, and developing new grid connection concepts. You develop suitable solutions and prepare the basis for key decisionsYou complete around six placements tailored to your development and future target area, for example in Market Steering, Portfolio Management, Regulation, or Technology & Innovation. Throughout the program, you are supported by a dedicated contact person within the business areaGain new perspectives through at least one cross-functional and one international assignment, with opportunities in locations such as Malmö, Prague or Warsaw What we expect from youYou have an outstanding academic record and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or Economics with at least 2 years of relevant working experience or a respective Master’s degreeYou are interested in national and international energy-sector challenges and have explored commercial, technical, political, innovation-related, or financial topics through internships or student jobIdeally, you have gained initial practical experience in the energy, technical, digital, or commercial sectorYou are fluent in English and have at least B2 German language skillsYou have strong analytical skills, think in a structured way, and develop suitable solutions even for complex issuesYou contribute your own innovative ideas, take responsibility for their implementation, and want to make an impact through your resultsYour open and reliable approach enables you to collaborate effectively across teams and functionsYou have a customer-oriented mindset combined with a strong desire to continuously grow both professionally and personallyAn already existing residence and work permit for Germany are not necessarily required.
