Embedded Software Engineer (m/f/d)

Aschheim / Munich | Full-time

Your Responsibilities

You will develop innovative embedded software solutions for intelligent control applications.

You will design modern development processes and automated build and CI/CD pipelines to continuously improve quality, performance, and efficiency.

You will use modern AI-supported methods and tools to optimize development, testing, quality assurance, and error analysis.

You will actively drive the integration of AI technologies into the software development process and unlock new potential for embedded development.

You will work closely with software, hardware, and systems experts to successfully integrate high-performance embedded systems into complex end-to-end solutions.

Your Profile

Master’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

Expert knowledge of the C programming language and at least five years of experience in embedded systems development

Solid experience working with build and CI/CD pipelines

Practical experience using AI-supported development tools and in data-driven software development processes

Experience developing functional safety applications in accordance with relevant standards, particularly EN ISO 13849, EN/IEC 61508, and ISO 26262

Proficiency in using static code analysis tools (e.g., Axivion)

Ideally, knowledge of or practical experience with the Rust programming language
