Designed, executed and maintained manual test cases for enterprise ERP applications, covering functional and regression testing across Import, Parts & Accessories, Vehicle Sales, HR and Field Services modules. Documented defects, collaborated with developers to clarify issues, and retested fixes using Jira and TestLink as part of Agile/Scrum delivery. Verified ERP transactions and workflow status changes against Oracle database records; wrote basic SQL select queries and used Update/Delete statements for controlled test data preparation. Created and executed REST API requests in Postman from developer-provided specifications, checking HTTP status codes, response bodies, authentication and invalid-input behaviour. Used developer-provided Postman collections to support ERP financial integration testing and backend test-data setup. Researched and developed a local Selenium WebDriver automation proof of concept using Java, TestNG, Maven and IntelliJ IDEA; applied the Page Object Model, external test data and execution reporting to selected positive-path scenarios. Presented the automation proof of concept to management and shared the approach with other QA team members.
